  My sister paid thousands of dollars to have her wedding reception here on September 30th, and with less than 7 weeks to go they have CANCELLED her contract due to a facility "renovation" (which usually means they're bumping you to book a larger event). They offered to send her to their sister property at Burton Manor. She spoke with Tony there who was unpleasant and rude, and now they're saying they may not even refund her deposit! Not a very smart business strategy...
